Derrick and Ian Volchoff collaborated with 25 years of broker experience and fresh ideas of a recent college grad, to produce the ground work for Trophy Class Real Estate. Our cutting edge and unique idea to the real estate industry has catapulted the company in the last few years past expectations of most on lookers. The business model was based on products which cover the important aspects of Northern Michigan recreational Real Estate for buyers and sellers alike. From its onset Trophy Class Real Estate was designed to enhance its participation with Cabela's Trophy properties, as we are honored to be the exclusive broker to represent Cabela's Trophy Properties in Michigan's most beautiful territory's.
